TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Terms used on this document:

    • “Seller” identifies “At Iraj’s”.

    • “Buyer” identifies the customer purchasing products or services from “Seller”.

  2. Acceptance of Terms:

    • Placing an order with the Seller constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Purchase by the Buyer.

  3. Limitation of Liability:

    • The customer must agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Seller, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, expenses, damages, claims, suits, or any liability whatsoever relating to the use of the website, services, and products provided by the Seller.

    • Seller’s maximum liability will be the amount paid to Seller from the Buyer in connection to the transaction for which the claim has been submitted.

  4. Accuracy of information:

    • Prices and images are subject to change without notice. Seller is not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors.

    • Due to variations in display color calibration, the Seller cannot guarantee the color of the product received will be a 100% match to the color visible on the Buyer’s display.

  5. Shipping

    • Orders placed by Buyer are subject to the Seller’s Shipping Terms.

  6. Merchantability

    • Items sold by Seller do not carry an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.

  7. Cancellations

    • Orders that have been placed and paid for cannot be canceled.

  8. Payments

    • All payments must be submitted through the online store.

  9. Changes

    • Seller may make changes to designs, materials, and products sold at any time.

  10. Force Majeure

    • Any delay or failure of Seller to perform its obligations shall be excused by the Buyer if an event or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Seller has created the disruption of the service.

    • Such events include, but are not limited to: Acts of God, actions by any governmental authority (whether valid or invalid), natural disasters, wars, sabotage, or court injunction or order.

    • The Seller shall provide a notification of a Force Majeure to the Buyer within a reasonable amount of time.
