SHIPPING & RETURNS

Terms used on this document:

• “Seller” identifies “At Iraj’s”.

• “Buyer” identifies the customer purchasing products or services from “Seller”.

Order Processing:

• Processing days: Orders are processed within one to three business days from receipt of order.

• Cancellations: Orders which have been processed and paid cannot be canceled.

Payments:

• Acceptable methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Shipping:

• Cost calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the Buyer’s location and weight of the package.

• Packaging: The Seller will ship with packaging suitable for the product being shipped. The Seller will make a reasonable effort to consolidate large orders in a single package, but cannot guarantee that it is feasible to do so.

• Days after processing: Packages ship within three business days of processing and payment receipt.

• Methods: Packages are shipped via USPS.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all first class and priority mail packages.

Returns and refunds:

• Requirements for returned items:

  • Must have Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA").

  • Must have all original packaging and contents with which it was shipped.

  • Must not have been tampered with or altered in any way.

• What can be returned:

  • Incorrect items shipped by Seller.

• What can’t be returned:

  • Perishable items.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items damaged in shipping.

  • Items not meeting the requirements for returns.

• Timeframe for returns:

  1. Request for an RMA must be within five business days of invoice date.

• Restocking and Fees:

  • Items returned to Seller, due to an error of the Seller, will not incur a restocking fee. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
